Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from buuLA are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase.  For exchanges or store credit, we accept items received up to 60 days after purchase.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and unaltered in original packaging and with original tags attached. Shipping charges are not reimbursed. 

Custom Jewelry Orders, including alterations and personalization, are non-returnable.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
